Any other circumstance not described below is not eligible for a refund. All purchases are final. We reserve the right to review any and all cases as well as their outcome at our discretion.
Services (live webinars, live seminars, live group and live individual study [e.g. SABAYAN-IT-SETUP SERIES, TRIBO-KALIBO SERIES] and/or eCoaching sessions only) may be cancelled at anytime up to 24-hours prior to the commencement of the service, by you, by sending a request via the link Get-In-Touch.
In the event you paid for services in advance and have used some but not all of the service, you will be charged on a prorated basis at the normal (un-discounted) fee for such service even though you may have paid a discounted fee for the service and refunded the remaining amount.
Cancellations by you less than 24-hours prior to the time the service is scheduled to commence will not be honoured. All refunds due to you will be processed by us within ten (10) business days from the date of the receipt of cancellation. All refunds will be made in accordance with the initial method of payment. In other words, if you paid for the service by personal cheque, we will reimburse you by cheque through regular mail. If you paid for the service by PayPal, the PayPal account used to make payment will be refunded via the transaction ID. If you paid for the service by credit card, the credit card used to make payment will be reimbursed. Because the credit card processing company we use charges a fee, such fee charged by the credit card processing company will not be refunded and there will also be a credit card company's prevailing cancellation fee for all refunds initially paid by credit card. There are no exceptions to this policy.
In the event we need to cancel a scheduled service (live webinars, live seminars, live group and live individual study [e.g. SABAYAN-SETUP SERIES, TRIBO-KALIBO SERIES] or live ‘preview’ webinar) and/or coaching sessions only) due to insufficient registration, illness, technical internet difficulties, severe weather, scheduling conflicts, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will make our best efforts to notify you via email as soon as possible prior to the event. At the time of the cancellation or within three (3) days of the cancellation notice, we will advise you of an alternate, rescheduled date, if available. Should you be unable to attend the service on the rescheduled date, you will need to notify us via the link Get-In-Touch in accordance with the Cancellation by You procedure described above for a refund.
